Info Culture Award  The Ghosts Of Cité Soleil réalisé par Asgen LethBest Documentary
The jury had to debate during sleepless nights to choose this year’s winner of a very competitive Selection. Even if the films seen were very different in their approach, they all shared some commons qualities; the pertinence and originality of their subjects as well as the power to have the moviegoers think and ask themselves questions. The best way to describe the selected documentaries is that they represent real " Food for thoughts".
The jury composed by Hector Salieri (president), Alison Leigh, Benjamin Desautels, Irene Johnson and Yves Beaupré awarded The Ghosts Of Cité Soleil, directed by Asgen Leth and produced by Wyclef Jean, as Best Documentary.
