July 7th, 2007 13:59:00 Danish superstar Nicolas Bro comes to Fantasia Projection du film Offscreen en compagnie de l'acteur Nicolas Bro photos : (c) 2007 Pierre Roussel - www.imagesphotographie.comYesterday was the Canadian Premiere of the controversial Danish film, Offscreen hosted by actor / cinematographer Nicolas Bro. After the screening, he graciously answered questions from the astonished audience, revealing, among other things, that director Christopher Bo, in his effort to attain maximum realism, shot most of the film in a series of 40-minute long takes! He will repeat the experience this afternoon for the second screening of Offscreen. For all of you who wont be able to make it, do not fret since Nicolas Bro will come once more to meet the Fantasia audience to present Anders Thomas Jensen's acclaimed Adam’s Apples, winner at the BIFFF, starring the excellent Mads Mikkelsen (Pusher I et II).
If you enjoyed Offscreen and Adam’s Apples, well you’ll surely like Uro, presented on July 16th and 18th around 9 PM.
On that note, have a great festival!!!
