As if the International premiere of Kern Saxton’s Sushi Girl on July 21 at 7pm wasn’t already set to be a happening of transcendental proportions with actors Tony Todd (Candyman), Andy Mackenzie (of Jed Strahm’s Knifepoint, which played Fantasia last summer) and – Luke Skywalker himself! – Mark Hamill in person, breaking news has it that now that lineup has expanded to include James Duval (who got his start in the iconoclastic films of Gregg Araki and crossed over with roles in Donnie Darko and Lucky McKee’s May) and Noah Hathaway, who first melted hearts as the orphaned child Boxey on the original Battlestar Galactica series but will be forever remembered as Atreyu, the stubborn child-warrior in The Neverending Story. Needless to say, this will be a screening – and a Q+A – not to be missed!!
