Fantasia is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive space for everyone, and encourages our community to support a respectful and collaborative environment free from harassment, discrimination and abusive behaviour of any kind.

If at any moment you feel unsafe or would like to report inappropriate conduct, please reach out to the nearest volunteer or staff member, or email us at: safety@fantasiafestival.com. For immediate emergencies, contact Concordia’s Safety and Prevention Services or one of these official channels.

In the case of a Code of Conduct violation, Fantasia reserves the right to revoke accreditation or access to all screenings and events, without notice or refund.
